This FREE program offers nicotine replacement patches, individualized assessment and treatment plans. You will learn ways to prepare to stop smoking, techniques to overcome obstacles and withdrawal symptoms, how to prepare for triggers to smoke and new ways manage stress. Please note: Students should consult a Student Health Services health care provider if they wish to incorporate a medication-based component (such as Zyban or Chantix) into their smoking cessation program.
